Our last two learn to row classes in 2022 are now posted on this website under Learn to Row Page.

We still have two more learn to row classes this summer.  Each class is four sessions of two hours per session for a total cost of $52.  The dates and times are listed below but you need to register on our Learn to Row page:

July 23 from 9-11, followed by sessions on Monday thru Wednesday, July 25-27

August 20 from 9-11, followed by sessions on Monday thru Wednesday, August 22-24

On May 15 in Sarasota, Florida, Asheville Youth Rowing Association qualified three boats for USRowing Youth National Championships:  Men’s 1 Varsity 4 winning Silver; Women’s 1 Varsity 4 winning Silver and Women’s U17 8 winning Bronze.

Our Men’s 2 Varsity 4 Boat A won Gold and our Boat B came in 4th, just out of 3rd place.  Our Women’s 2 Varsity 4 Boat A won Silver and Boat B won Bronze.

We entered 7 events, made it to finals in every event and medalled in 5 events.
